JDP – Journalist Development Program

• Bachelor degree from any major with GPA min 3.00; TOEFL Min. 525
• Max 26 years old
• Have strong interest in Broadcast Industry
• Good Team Player, Achievement Orientation
• Energetic and Willing to Work in Flexible Long Hours
• Good interpersonal and Communication Skill
• Willing to follow a working bound (ikatan dinas)
• Camera Face, broadcast voice & Interested in Journalistic

MMDP – HR & FINANCE ACOUNTING

(Development Program for Human Resources & General Affair / Finance & Accounting)

• S1 (Bachelor degree) from Bussiness Law, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Psychology with GPA min 3.00; TOEFL Score min. 450
• Max age 26 years old
• Have strong interest in Media Industry
• Good Team Player, Achievement Orientation
• Energetic and Willing to Work in Flexible Long Hours
• Good interpersonal and Communication Skill
• Willing to follow a working bound (ikatan dinas)

MMDP OL – Online Media (metrotvnews.com)

(Development Program for Sales Online and Reporter Online)

• S1 (Bachelor degree) from any major with GPA min 3.00
• Max age 26 years old
• Have strong interest in journalistic (for reporter online); and sales area (for online sales)
• Good Team Player, Achievement Orientation
• Energetic and Willing to Work in Flexible Long Hours
• Good interpersonal and Communication Skill
• Willing to follow a working bound (ikatan dinas)
• TOEFL Score min. 450
